The Digital View SVH-1920 interface controller for high-definition, large format professional monitor applications. The SVH-1920 is a fully buffered mult-sync interface controller for providing analog and digital connection for a wide range of TFT LCD panels up to WUXGA resolution. Featuring full screen image expansion of lower resolutions, image flip and invert functions and onscreen PIP functions, the SVH-1920 also supports an optional High-Definition Serial Digital Interface (HD-SDI) adaptor for professional and broadcast video applications. The LCC and LCD Series ovens offer the highest standards in HEPA filtration for production environment processes where minimal contamination is essential. Re-circulated airflow is 100% HEPA filtered for operation at ISO Class 5 (Class 100) and better within the oven chamber. Temperatures up to 260°C with the LCC and up to 350°C with the LCD.
Designed for the production environment, Despatch's LCD/LCC Stackable Clean Process Ovens have rugged, programmable process controls and an easily accessible HEPA filter. The LCD/LCC offers the ultimate in HEPA filtration for processes where minimal contamination is essential. The oven is SEMI S2 and CE compliant for universal acceptance and configured for 220/240 volts and 50/60 hz.
The units are stackable to save valuable floor space and provide maximum ergonomic efficiency for operators. The recirculation motor is mounted at the rear of the oven, providing convenient access and allowing up to three ovens to be stacked on top of one another, while still keeping loading heights ergonomically acceptable.
Available in two different atmosphere configurations:
Air Atmosphere - A forced exhaust fan is included on the air temperature unit for rapid cooling.
Inert Atmosphere - Allows nitrogen (or other inert gas) to be injected into the chamber to lower the oxygen level to prevent oxidation of products. A water cooling coil is provided for rapid cooling. Control of nitrogen flow and water cooling is programmable through the Protocol Plus™ controller.

JAMESTOWN, NY, November 2005 - Acu-Rite Companies Inc. announces the market introduction of its newly designed generation of Digital Readout Systems, the 200S for all manual machine tool applications. Acu-Rite is the market leader for digital readout systems in North America, and has consistently set DRO design standards for nearly fifty years. The major innovation of the 200S DRO consoles is the crystal clear LCD display which replaces the traditional LED and VFD display technology still used by others. All new 200S consoles have 5.7", 320x240 resolution transmissive LCD displays, the latest in flat screen technology.
Major benefits of this display technology are that users can now configure the console for a 2- or 3-axis display and can set the application software for milling, turning, grinding or general use according to their needs. This versatility obsoletes the expensive need for users to buy multiple application-specific consoles.
The real benefits of this new display technology are the most important ones. The system is now totally intuitive as all prompts, instructions and help functions are visible as text or graphics on the screen. In addition, all standard routines are now visible on the screen with graphics to guide users through the simple questions. It will no longer be necessary to constantly refer to a manual, or memorize codes, to access the functionality in the system. It's right there in front of the user. This truly provides time savings which translates into increased efficiency and productivity.
The 200S for milling comes complete with bolthole pattern calculations for full and partial circles with graphics, zero reset and preset features, tool diameter compensation, near zero warning, and every other operating feature available in Acu-Rite's previous DRO product lines.
Lathe users will appreciate the many features the 200S for turning will deliver. Available as a 2- or 3-axes LCD display, the 200S for turning features sixteen tool offsets that make it simple to compensate for different tool sizes. And when the tool offset is used with the axis lock feature, the tool deflection is reduced, even under load.
There is even a 200S solution for grinding and general use. Grinding and general use applications are completed with ease using the 200S' zero reset, linear error compensation, instant radius to diameter and inch to mm conversions, and absolute/incremental display features.
The 200S readout system features an intuitive, operator-friendly keypad with operation specific soft keys making it the easiest system to use in the industry.
The 200S readout also includes Acu-Rite Precision Glass Scales. Glass scale encoders are chosen more than 2 to 1 over other linear encoder technology world-wide for use with Digital Readout Systems. This is because they are inherently durable and resist changes in size, shape or density due to temperature and humidity variations. Their stability provides accuracy down to ±1.5um (.00006"), earning them an industry-wide reputation for excellence in measurement and positioning technology.
Acu-Rite Precision Glass Scales are manufactured in Acu-Rite Companies Inc.?s state-of-the-art, 10,000 square foot, multi-million dollar temperature controlled clean room and a one-of-a-kind, in the United States, scale replication process. Vibration isolated equipment and a Class 100 clean room environment maintained with precision temperature control at 20ºC, ± .02º, are all computer controlled to ensure superior repeatability, accuracy and quality over other linear encoder technologies.
Acu-Rite 200S readout systems include Position-Tracä, a unique feature that allows machine operators to accurately and quickly reestablish workpiece zero from any position after a power interruption. Once power is restored, the readout reads a special line pattern on the precision glass scale that lets it recall the last known zero. That means the operator can quickly pick up where they left off, without having to reindicate the part.
