SKIN PACKAGING MACHINES from Audion Automation

The Vacumaster™ skin packaging system is an effective way to mount products to a hanging display board or corrugated shipping carton with a strong clear film. Loaded with features, these stationary oven machines take about half the floor space of our competition's moving ovens.

SKIN PACKAGING MACHINES from Audion Automation

The uniquely efficient Vacumaster™ Skin Packaging machine will work with virtually any skin packaging film and board. Loaded with features, these stationary oven machines take about half the floor space of our competition's moving ovens. The Vacumaster has no moving parts to wear out and you get precise control in a stationary oven which eliminates the dangers and mechanical failures associated with moving vents or those with heating block devices.

Each model is specifically designed to handle standard master board sizes of 18x24, 24x30, 24x36, and 30x36 inches. Many retail display packs can be die cut from individual master boards. The Simpulse film cut-off system - standard on all Vacumaster models - dramatically increases production efficiency. The cut-off automatically separates the finished package from the continuous roll of film, and the machine is ready for the next cycle.

The Vacumaster™ features the patented Therm-O-pulse impulse heating system which heats instantly at the beginnng of each cycle and cools immediately at the end of the cycle so there's no wasted energy.

It has many safety features including a high tech pneumatic circuit to prevent the film tray from dropping if a power failure occurs. A back plate is included to eliminate operator pinch points.

One Step L-Bar Sealer Shrink Packaging System

The Dempack™ H22 is a single step shrink packaging machine incorporating seal, trim and shrink into a single operation offered by Audion Automation. The H22 is unique in that it operates with a shrink hood instead of a tunnel. The hood is closed by an electronic hold-down magnet during the film sealing and heat-shrink wrapping operations.

The H22, which is loaded with standard features, is designed for simple maintenance and quiet operation. In fact, no custom tools or custom installation is required.

Because of its standard water cooling and an accurate temparature control, the H22 has a better seal quality and longer wire lifetime than most other comparable machines.

The H22's compatibility with most shrink films and its space-saving size make this unit desirable in many applications ranging from automotive parts to stationery.

    Standard Features include:

    • Easy to program for multiple products and delicate films so it minimizes set up time
    • Closed circuit, water cooled jaws for maximum duty cycle
    • Easy to adjust work surface for fast changeover from job to job
    • L-sealer and Heat tunnel combined into a single unit to reduce machine footprint
    • Film perforation wheel relieves pressure and 'pillowing' effect from heat shrinking process
    • Magnetic hold-down during complete machine cycle

    Specifications:

  • Seal Bar Size: 22" x 17"
  • Max Film Width: 24"
  • Max Product Height: 10ΒΌ"
