The vertical design of the Chain Conveyor saves floor space, while utilizing front load and unload with wash and dry cycles. The parts index through one or more process tanks on a vertical chain conveyor. Submerged under water spray jets direct solution under pressure to blast parts clean. Parts can also index through ultrasonic cleaning and inhibiting prior to entering the energy efficient, recirculating, forced air dryer. Parts can be manually or automatically loaded and unloaded. The machines are ideal for In-Line parts cleaning and one piece part flow. Parts can be unloaded from either the front or out the back.

Wash and rinse solution tanks are located in storage tanks below the cleaning chamber. During the cleaning and rinsing cycles the solutions are pumped into the elevated cleaning chamber at 40 PSI, continually filtered and recirculated back into the cleaning chamber. The baskets are rotated in the clean filtered solution as powerful under water jets purge the parts with fresh solution at the rate of 250 gallons per minute continually flushing away all soils and chips. The cleaning chamber is continually purged with fresh filtered solution more than twice every minute insuring even the most complex parts with blind holes are thoroughly cleaned. Soils, chips and oil are separated continually ensuring longer bath life. Parts can also be processed on fixtures or pallets and an automatic loading device is available.

The Vertimatic® Model 2400 is a fully automated Agitation Immersion Cleaning machine designed to process standard size baskets from 12 x 18 x 6 up to 18 x 18 x 12. The Vertimatic is available with multiple tanks for Aqueous Cleaning, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Rinsing, Rust Proof and Drying. This compact machine can be used for InLine cleaning or as a stand alone part washer.

The VERTIMATIC is a heavy duty high volume parts washer developed by JENFAB nearly fifty years ago. These machines are available in several standard sizes and are easily customized to fit virtually any cleaning operation when parts must be kept in batches. Baskets of parts are continuously and automatically fed in line through a series of tanks. In each tank, the baskets are agitated up and down in solution and then drained and transferred to the next tank, and ultimately through an energy conserving recirculating hot air dryer.

Tote pans or Dunnage trays can be manually or automatically loaded onto the conveyor and powered through the cleaning and drying process.
