The Adixen ASM 310 is the long time awaited unit for maintenance technicians and engineers. This unit accommodates two tracer gases, helium and hydrogen. Its light weight (21kg/46lb.) makes it the ideal maintenance tool. It goes wherever you go and get the job done. The Adixen ASM 310 is the lightest and most compact unit on the market. It is the result of over 45 years of knowhow and leak detection expertise from Alcatel Vacuum Technology. The heart of the unit is the newest generation Alcatel mass spectrometer with high resolution and stability signals.

Portable electronic gas leak detector for locating and measuring leaks quickly, precisely and cleanly. Sensitivity automatically adjusts to leak rate with maximum leak rates recorded and displayed. A detachable probe allows access to even difficult sites with the convenience of single hand operation. An audio facility aids the location of leaks and readings are taken from an easily interpreted display.

The PHD-4 is a portable, compact leak detector that can run on its own battery for up to four hours. Weighing only 5.7 lbs. (2.6 kg) including the battery, it can be taken anywhere.

The PHD-4 can detect very small leaks in objects that have a slight helium/air pressure inside. It is sensitive to helium concentrations as small as 2 parts per million. That is equivalent to a leak rate of 5 × 10-6 atm-cc/sec, which is far superior to the performance of other means of detecting leaks, such as bubble-testing. To do this, it relies on Varian's proprietary and patented SIPD (Selective Ion Pump Detection) technology.

Controlled by a microprocessor and using a touch-screen for input and output, the PHD-4 is easy to use. No training is required. All tuning and zeroing are handled automatically. The display can be set to use any of four languages (English, French, German, and Italian).

The GAS CHECK 3000 series of gas leak detectors identifies the source of gas leaks quickly and easily, and enables you to quantitatively measure any leakage found. Hand held and cordless, the GAS CHECK is simply traced around suspect flanges, valves, and joints – leaks are pin-pointed with an audible alarm and a direct leak rate reading in a choice of units. This is particularly useful when working to quality or emission standards that should be below a certain level. The instrument can be used with one hand and the special flexible long probe provided allows easy access to difficult to reach areas. There are various models to choose from, including a BASEEFA approved intrinsically safe version. Based on a principle of thermal conductivity, the GAS CHECK detects all gases other than air, but it is particularly sensitive to Helium and Hydrogen based gases. The sensor is not a consumable item and calibration is traceable to NAMAS standards. A Portable Reference Leak provides a NAMAS/NIST traceable leak standard to allow you to regularly check the calibration of the Gas Check. This is recommended for ISO conformance.
