Servo Drive Repair:

ICR is a leader in AC & DC servo drive, servo amplifier and servo controller repairs. Our custom servo drive repair load testing process can dynamically load test most drive systems to manufacturer's specifications.

Servo Motor Repair:

During the repair process all servo motors are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. All worn or defective parts are replaced or rebuilt.

Once the motor is reassembled it's installed on our custom built TQ2500 bi-directional load tester. The TQ2500 stress tests the motor under load while constantly monitoring torque and RPM.

Video Repair and LCD Conversions:

ICR's industrial electronics repair specialists can repair most brands of industrial video equipment down to the component level. We can also completely refurbish aging industrial terminals for a fraction of the cost of replacing them.
