The convection gauge is the lowest cost instrument that can provide a continuous monitoring and control of your vacuum system from atmosphere all the way down to 1 mTorr. The gauge tube is all stainless steel and has both 1/8 inch NPT and 1/2 inch O.D. smooth tubulation for sealing in compression ports. Nitrogen, Argon and Other Gases

As a general purpose instrument for monitoring the pump down of systems vented to air or nitrogen, the convection gauge is an excellent choice. The convection gauge can be provided to read directly for argon or other gases. But, if your system uses a variety of gases, or if accuracy between 2 Torr and 800 Torr is critical in your process, then our diaphragm manometer instruments may be a better selection.

Quality Products & Sales offers Strainers in Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel as in found in different styles from 1/4" to 60" in size with open area of strainers to cross section area of the pipe from 100% to 300% as standards. Strainers materials range from 22 to 11 gauge depending on hole size. Very small particles can be strained by using a liner or cover on a standard strainer by using thru 10 mesh.

Temporary Cone and Basket Strainers:
These Strainers are fabricated using a rolled flange ring process which is resistance welded to the strainer body. This results in a 100% contact weld. Then, by using a more ductile 16 gauge material, this procedure virtually eliminates the possibility of "Body Break Away" where the strainer body could otherwise break completely out of the strainer support ring if excessive "clogging" should ever occur.

Standard Vertical Basket Strainers:
These Strainers are designed to minimize pressure drop by maintaining a minimum of 1.15 ratio of annulus outlet area as compared to outlet nozzle cross section area.

Pipe is constructed of galvanized steel with riveted and soldered or welded seams and smooth interiors. Large and small ends facilitate lapping joints. Angle flanges can be furnished for field bolting.

TRENT Horizontal Air Recirculation Walk-in Ovens are deal for achieving temperature uniformity in the work chamber. The recirculating fan is located at the rear of the oven behind a baffle. MATERIAL SELECTION

Wire material and finish should be selected after first evaluating your baghouse's operating temperature and the corrosiveness of its gas stream. CAGE DESIGN

We offer cages in sizes ranging from 3" - 7" OD. Vertical or support wire count can be 5, 6, 10, 12, 20, 24, or 40, as required. Horizontal support wires can be spaced at your required intervals. Two piece cage designs are available in any length for those installations that require them or where headroom is restricted.

VENTURIS

Our cage designs can be supplied with an integral venturi permanently installed. Factory installation assures you of proper fit as well as cost and labor savings. Separate venturis are available in various sizes and are made from spun or cast metals.
