When an alarm condition is sensed by Level Alert, an audible alarm sounds and a message pad flashes to inform the user why the alarm has sounded. A reset push-button silences the audible alarm. Thereafter, the message pad remains illuminated until the alarm condition has been corrected. Should another channel(s) sense an alarm condition, the audible alarm will again sound and the corresponding message pad will flash until reset/acknowledged by the operator. Each channel also has an output relay for actuating other relays, pumps, valves, etc.

The Nova Model 380WP Portable Tri-Gas Analyzer is designed for monitoring hydrogen purity in power generators and synchronous converters, which use hydrogen gas for cooling.

In addition, the Model 400 has two other ranges which monitor CO2 in hydrogen and CO2 in air during the shutdown and startup purge procedure. All gases are detected on a single temperature compensated thermalconductivity cell in the analyzer. A front panel switch selects the desired range. The Nova Model 380WP provides a digital readout and has a rechargeable 'gel cell' battery. The analyzer can be used while recharging.

The pump has a unique easy-fit top loading saddle which allows for simple and fast tube changes.

The range has three control options allowing the pumps to be programmed with different functions. This means the pump can be operated either manually, remotely or through a pre-programmed control system.

Add to this a choice of three pump head sizes providing flow rates from 6ml/min up to 27 ltrs/min, with the capability of expanding up to 4 channels on a single drive .

Unique Features

  • The illuminated central display is easy to read from all angles and the menu has been designed so that it is simple and logical to navigate.

Verderflex Smart - Working Principle

The principle of the peristaltic tube pump is based on alternating compression and relaxation of the tube within the pump head, operating in a similar way to our throat and intestines.

The medium to be pumped does not come into direct contact with any of the moving parts of the pump and is totally contained within a tube. The rollers of the pump head pass along the length of the tube compressing it totally closed and upon restitution of the tube a strong vacuum is formed which draws the product in and along the tube.

Each rotation of the pump displaces a constant quantity of product with high efficiency which allows a Verderflex® Smart to be suitable for accurate dosing applications.

Each in-line sensor body is constructed of solid block 316L stainless steel and the wetted surfaces are electro polished to a <40-micron surface finish.
