WATERLOO, Ont. -- Add another 15 University of Waterloo faculty members to the list of the best and brightest young researchers in Ontario. The Ontario government recently announced the new UW winners of the Premier's Research Excellence Awards (PREA), out of a total of 131 recipients at universities in the province. The UW researchers study a diversity of topics, ranging from workplace fairness to wireless communications and human eye movements. The top young researchers will each get $150,000 over the next five years, with $100,000 in provincial money and $50,000 from university or corporate co-sponsors.
