Smart Weigh Belt Feeders: A Continuous Solution for Bulk Solids

SMART Weigh Belt Feeders are a key component used for the weighing of a variety of bulk solids in a wide range of processes. The most typical application is for feeding/weighing into a continuous process. The process material may enter the Smart Weigh Belt directly from an upstream hopper or via a prefeed device like a screw feeder. By utilising different control software, the Smart Weigh Belt can be used to feed material into a batch system. For inventory control or metering the Smart Weigh Belt can be placed into a constant speed configuration to measure or totalise the amount fed into a process.

Products & Services
Manual controls are used to control on/off state, speed, direction or other parameters. The force driving or actuating the controls may be electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or manual. Learn more about Manual Controls
DC motor drives act as the interface and power supply between a motion controller and a DC motor. Search by Specification | Learn more about DC Motor Drives
Linear brakes are used to slow or stop linear motion in conveyors, web systems, and vehicles. Technologies include friction, eddy current braking, and hysteresis. Learn more about Linear Brakes
AC motor drives interface controllers to AC motors. They match the control signals (voltage and power levels) as well as the signal type (analog or digital). They also provide power conversion, amplification, and the sequencing of waveform signals. Search by Specification | Learn more about AC Motor Drives
Motor controllers receive supply voltages and provide signals to motor drives that are interfaced to motors. They include a power supply, amplifier, user interface, and position control circuitry. Search by Specification | Learn more about Motor Controllers
