From Honeywell Sensing and Control / Sensors for Test & Measurement
Customer needs to measure a flow rate of 0-6 milliliters/ minute at a pressure of 1000 psi. The flow is in a pipe connecting to two containers, each holding different fluids. The pipe carries both fluids to a common assembly where they're mixed and extruded as one new fluid. There is NO flowmeter available to measure this low rate of flow with such high pressure to obtain mass flow. Products & Services
Pressure gauges are used for a variety of industrial and application-specific pressure monitoring applications. Uses include visual monitoring of air and gas pressure for compressors, vacuum equipment, process lines and specialty tank applications such as medical gas cylinders and fire extinguishers.
