SP&C used Jet Edge Gyrajets to clean the fish holds on three Alaskan crab boats prior to resurfacing. The Gyrojet blasts away old coatings and corrosion with ultra-high pressure (UHP) water that is pressurized to 60,000 psi (4,100 bar).
When a Seattle-based boat company needed to resurface the fish tanks on three of its crab boats this spring, they called SP & C, "The Surface Preparation and Coatings People Company," of Long Beach, Washington.
