From Arlon LLC
Secure™ is a family of thermoset adhesive products developed for adhesion of dissimilar substrates, such as printed circuit boards and metal heat sinks, where heat conduction is desired. Secure™ are simple composites of silicone rubber, extending fillers, and functional additives supplied with or without a reinforcing substrate in rolls, sheets, cut pads, or die cuts. Secure™ requires intimate contact with the substrates to be bonded and heat to thermally crosslink the silicone rubber. No primer is required for adhesion to most substrates.
