Crawler or Track-mounted Abrasive Blast Machines

Abrasive blasting, waterjet or abrasive jet head designed for mounting on crawlers or tracks. Crawlers are small vehicles that grab onto a surface with magnetic or vacuum feet mounted on a set of tracks. Track mounted units use a track to guide the jet cutter head across the surface. The track is mounted to the tank or vessel to be cut or blasted with vacuum or magnetic clamps. Crawler or track based blasters or cutters are used on large surfaces such as the side of a steel tank, ship's hull, vehicle or building wall, the blast stream or abrasive jet is presented to and scanned or guided across the surface for cutting or cleaning. Crawler or track-mounted abrasive blast machines can uniformly clean or roughen a surface by scanning a surface in a controlled and repeatable fashion. Track, robotic arm or crawler mounted jet cutters are also useful in hazardous situations such as in disarming bombs or mines.

Products & Services
Abrasive blast machines and sandblasters clean and prepare surfaces by directing a stream of abrasive particles against a part or a surface. Search by Specification | Learn more about Abrasive Blast Machines and Sandblasters
Abrasive jet cutting machines are used to cut sheet materials or remove materials from a surface by generating a focused stream of fluid mixed with abrasive particles. Search by Specification | Learn more about Abrasive Jet Cutting Machines
Pressure washers direct a high-pressure stream or jet of water against a surface to clean, descale, degrease or prepare a surface. Search by Specification | Learn more about Pressure Washers
Water jetting equipment and water blasters direct high pressure (10,000+ psi) streams of water against a surface to clean or cut the material. Search by Specification | Learn more about Water Jetting Equipment and Water Blasters
