That's why when the inevitable IT infrastructure problems occur, Telefonica relies on out-of-band management products by Avocent to remotely identify and address problems at its Point of Presence (POP) locations, the main access points to the Internet. The results are reduced mean time to repair (MTTR), lower technical support costs and enhanced network availability.
