The FieldQ actuator is an integrated concept for the automation of quarter turn valves, dampers or other quarter turn applications. It consists of three basic parts: 1) Pneumatic Actuator, 2) Pneumatic Module or NAMUR Plate, and 3) Control Module. FieldQ Pneumatic Actuators must be isolated both pneumatically and electrically before any (dis)assembly is begun. It is not permitted to connect a pressure vessel with unreduced media to the FieldQ pneumatic actuator. FieldQ actuators must not be connected to an air supply greater than 8 bar g or 120 psig. These instructions are only applicable to the Pneumatic Actuator, together with the Pneumatic Module or NAMUR plate. These instructions are not applicable to attached components like valves, switchboxes, solenoids, etc.
