2.54mm (.100") Pitch SL™ and KK® Single Row SMT Headers

Single-row SMT headers are a popular addition to our extensive line of shrouded and unshrouded header families, to meet the increasing demand for freely populating both sides of PCBs. Styles include vertical for shrouded and unshrouded and low-profile horizontal for unshrouded applications. All header versions feature 0.64mm (.025") square phosphor bronze pins, with housings manufactured of high temperature thermoplastic to withstand SMT board processing. A wide range of circuit sizes, pin lengths and plating options are available, as well as custom configurations with voided circuits. The shrouded header features the standard SL-style positive latch for reliable wire-to-board mating with crimp or IDT receptacles. Customers may require positive-lock headers where high vibration is a factor or where prevention of accidental unmating is important. Popular mating products for the unshrouded headers include the KK and SL single-row crimp and IDT terminal housings for various wire sizes, as well as the KK PCB receptacles in top, bottom and side-entry versions.
