Many foods contain supplements to provide added health benefits. One such additive is a probiotic bacteria culture that improves a person's digestive health. A juice manufacture in Canada adds a small amount of probiotic solution to each batch of orange juice. This solution must be tightly controlled at a specific ratio to the total amount of juice in the batch. A Quantim was chosen to control the probiotic flow on a continuous basis.
