(Hyannis, MA) has built a successful operation by using its capabilities in fabricating optical molds to get programs in a number of end-uses, including alternative energy. ABCO has been building optical molds for 25 years, says President David Bourque. "We're small, but our niche gives us a pretty good customer base." ABCO, which employs 16 in its 12,000-sq.-ft. plant, supplies injection molds for ophthalmic lenses, industrial and military eye protection, military visors that display data, and security camera lenses.
