The MLX75303 integrated sensor IC includes the photodiode, transimpedance amplifier and a Schmitt Trigger voltage output stage. Melexis introduces the MLX90614xAC inexpensive, intelligent infrared, non-contact thermometers with narrow Field Of View (FOV). The MLX90614xAC has a Field of View of only 35 degrees.
