The T020 Series leadless chip NTC thermistors have top and bottom surface gold contacts. The fired-on thick film gold contacts are for suitable for die mounting with conductive epoxy or low temperature solders, and gold wire bonding. Typical die sizes range from 0.100 in x 0.140 in to 0.017 in x 0.017 in and the T020 Series chips are available in most standard R/T Curve materials. (read more)
