"Always the right pump for every application." This statement has a special meaning for us. Back in 1950 we were the first German company to manufacture barrel pumps according to our own designs and patents. Continually increasing customer demands stimulate us in our policy of ongoing development of new, high quality pumps.
VISCOFLUX mobile now available with diverse control options
The drum emptying system VISCOFLUX mobile - the self-sufficient solution for the transportation of highly viscous media, paste-like media and also non-free flowing materials. The new, optional control unit now permits integration into a diverse range of filling processes.
For example, an end position cut-off can be integrated into the VISCOFLUX mobile process device. On reaching a pre-defined media level in the drum, the pumping process is then stopped automatically. External signals from a balance or a fill level measurement sensor can also be processed for use in batch processing. In this way the pump drive can be switched off and at the same time a solenoid valve can be closed, for example when reaching a certain filling weight. The control unit with integrated FLUXTRONIC® provides even more possibilities for batch processing. Here the FLUXTRONIC® processes the incoming impulse signals from a flow meter or a speed sensor on the pump, and thus controls the switch-off of the pump drive and solenoid valve on reaching the required filling quantity. The filling of this preset quantity can also be triggered via an external start/stop switch.
The Pharma Food Cosmetic version of the VISCOFLUX mobile is the ideal drum emptying system for transferring high viscosity fluids such as creams, tomato puree and fruit sauces - even out of conical drums with aseptic bags. The system is fully resistant to aggressive cleaning agents and due to its mobile lifting device, no crane or fork-lift truck is required to move the VISCOFLUX mobile. The industrial version can be used to transfer fluids such as varnish, coating compounds, fillers and paste-like substances. It ensures process reliability even if the transfer process is interrupted and enables residual amounts of less than 1%.
