SonoWeld® 1600 Digital Metal Spot Welder
The SonoWeld® 1600 microprocessor-controlled unit performs spot welding of thin sheet metal and wire-to-terminal welds of copper alloys, aluminum and tin-coated wires. It stores and recalls up to 250 weld protocols, featuring set up of parameters by time, total energy or final weld thickness.

Battery manufacturers also choose the SonoWeld® 1600 for spot welding multiple layers and/or delicate foils to tabs or terminals, accommodating copper, aluminum, nickel and other non-ferrous metals. The ultrasonic bond has greater weld strength and electrical conductivity than bonds created by most other methods.

SpliceRite™ Ultrasonic Wire Splicer
The SpliceRite™ Ultrasonic Wire Splicer is ideal for fast, efficient wire harness assembly and wire-to-wire splices without arcs, sparks, fumes or melting wires. It creates a true solid-state metallurgical bond with the lowest possible voltage drop, and with minimal energy consumption. The microprocessor controller welds by time, total energy, or final weld thickness and can recall up to 250 weld protocols. This unit easily handles tinned or oxidized wires.

As the name implies, the Dual Head Spot Welder features two ultrasonic welding heads, one on each side of the welding area. It is ideal for welding automotive aluminum up to 3mm thick and for welding up to 80 layers of foil as used in battery and super capacitor applications. It welds even lightly tinned or oxidized materials, as well as non-ferrous sheet metal, in a single pulse. The unit comes with a 3,500-watt power supply and a microprocessor controller as described above.

Dual Head SpliceRite™ Ultrasonic Wire Splicer
The Dual Head SpliceRite™ also features two ultrasonic welding heads, extending its capacity to splice wires with cross-sectional areas of up to 100 sq. mm. in a single pulse. It is capable of welding the heavy-duty cables used in trucks, cars and industrial machinery. A 3,500-watt power supply and a microprocessor controller are standard for this unit.

Photovoltaic (PV) Modular System
