Polycorp designs and manufactures engineered elastomeric parts that provide solutions for corrosion, abrasion, impact, noise and vibration in three distinct areas:

Mining:  Liners for grinding mills are a critical application for mining and power plant operations, with service life and design as the critical parameters. Polycorp designs and manufactures rubber and rubber/steel liners that can be tailored to specific mill processing conditions to provide excellent wear resistance, increase throughput and/or grind performance.

Transportation: Polycorp designs and manufactures specialized rubber and plastic products for railroad crossings and light transit rail applications to extend the road life, minimize rail car noise and minimize rail car vibration.

Protective Linings: Polycorp manufactures uncured rubber linings for rail cars, tanks, chutes, pipes and process equipment.  These products are designed to provide chemical, abrasion and impact resistance. Applications include chemical processing, chemical storage, water treatment, power plant and mining industries.

Polycorp was established in 1996 by acquiring the assets, patents, and intellectual property from the former B.F. Goodrich Engineering Products of Canada. A state of the art manufacturing facility was established in Elora, Ontario to retain the skilled B.F. Goodrich employee base and to be located along the Greater Toronto and Kitchener/Waterloo manufacturing and technology corridor. In 2002, Polycorp expanded, by acquiring Polymerics Protective Linings from R.J.F. International Corporation, creating the largest custom lining manufacturer in North America.

The Polycorp brand represents decades of proven product performance and customer support. The company is ISO 9001 certified and is committed to providing quality polymer solutions to fit each customer’s unique requirements.

Hundreds of proprietary rubber compounds have been developed and field tested having different UV protection, specific gravity, permeability, abrasion resistance, flame retardance, electrical resistivity, elongation, heat resistance, chemical resistance, etc., characteristics. Polycorp engineering also uses sophisticated mathematical simulations and finite element analysis to optimize part performance and improve productivity.

Polycorp services their customers through a direct sales force and a network of sales agents world-wide.
