Clear Automation Applies Tire Pressure Sensors to Wheel Rims: Clear Automation developed this workcell to apply tire pressure sensors (TPMS) to wheel rims. Operators load wheels onto a conveyor and trays of sensors into an elevator.
Recirculating Feeder: Clear Automation designed and built this parts feeder as a component of our automated assembly and packaging solutions. This feeder is an ideal replacement for traditional bowl feeders because it has no part-specific guide hardware.
Transport System using FlexLink Conveyors: Clear Automation designed and built several pieces of equipment for this cosmetic production line. As part of the job, we were required to connect all of the equipment using a FlexLink conveying system.

Robotic Bottle Capping: Clear Automation designed and built this system to place caps on fragrance bottles.
Robotic Stacking of Flower Pots: Clear Automation designed and built this robotic system to build stacks of "CowPots - The Pot You Plant".
Multiple Robots to Collate and Package: Clear Automation designed and built this very busy workcell. All of the hardware in this workcell is driven by a single robot controller.
Automated Cosmetic Manufacturing: Clear Automation designed and built this system to assemble, laser mark, inspect and package a cosmetic product.
Box Labeler: Clear Automation designed and built these systems to apply labels to boxes. Boxes are fed into the system where two labels are applied to the top and a third label is applied to the bottom.
Clear Automation Applies Labels At 100 PPM: Clear Automation developed this system to apply labels to a liquid cosmetic bottle at a rate of 100 parts per minute. Bottles travel to the cell along a conveyor, upright in pucks.
Clear Automation Applies Labels At 120 ppm: Clear Automation designed and build this workcell to use a laser to etch a lot code onto the lid of a popular cosmetic product. Product enters the cell and is routed down one of two lanes.
