The Monorail Blaster model LS MRB48126 is a custom built 12-wheel shot blaster for large-scale manufacturing. The cabinet is built with a slot for the monorail conveyor system. The blast cabinet is 34'' long with extended vestibules. The shot blast system is integrated with a paint line and cure oven.

Some of the standard features of LS Industries shot blasters include manganese alloy steel cabinet, replaceable manganese alloy steel wear-plates, hardened impeller blades, indirect drive impellers, magna valves and automatic shot storage and control. The dust collector LS model DCC 40 jet pulse collection system with 12,000 CFM capacity and 16 cartridge filters will be used to control dust and maintain clean shot. The cartridges are cleaned with a system designed to pulse a stream of clean/dry compressed air through the cartridge.

The Structural Steel Shot Blaster model LS STRB4836 is a custom built 6-wheel shot blaster for cleaning structural steel and fabricated structural steel.

The entire unit is 36'' long with extended vestibules. The shot blast system can be integrated with a paint line and cure oven. Some of the standard features of LS Industries shot blasters include manganese alloy steel cabinet, replaceable manganese alloy steel wear-plates, hardened impeller blades, indirect drive impellers, magna valves and automatic shot storage and control. The dust collector will be used to control dust and maintain clean shot. Production rate for the blaster is 4-6 FPM based on condition of base material and configuration of the parts.

The blaster will be used to remove rust and mill scale to a near white finish. Size of parts being cleaned are up to 48" x 36". The 6 factory-tuned LS TurboShot™ blast wheels are set for coverage of multiple angles on complex parts.
