New UNE-EN ISO 18541-2, requirements for the vehicle manufacturer's RMI system.

This standard, developed by UNE - Asociación Española de Normalización, includes technical requirements related to automotive repair and maintenance (RMI) information systems to standardize independent operators' access to RMI.

It applies to passenger cars and light commercial vehicles as defined in Article 2 of Regulation (EC) 715/2007.

Annex A (Normative) describes the requirements for access to security-related RMI in accordance with the SERMI system.

Cluster of requirements: data management, IT architecture, external interfaces, technical infrastructure, installation of VM-specific software on client 10, etc. are some of the sections covered in the standard.
