The new UNE-ISO 10017 helps companies to enhance their quality through the statistical control of their processes. To this end, it provides guidelines for selecting appropriate statistical techniques for any type of organization that contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of a quality management system, as per UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015.

This document shows the applicability of the selected techniques, their benefits, analysis of the measurement system, examples of application, etc.

UNE-ISO 10010:2024 was also just published, which offers guidance on improving the quality culture in organizations and achieving sustained success.
