ABSOPULSE Electronics’ RWD 200-P200L and RWD 200-P200X fully encapsulated, DC-DC converters deliver up to 200W for redundant/parallel operation in rolling stock applications.  

The railway DC-DC converters have a built-in redundancy diode for redundant and parallel operation of several units. The units have special circuitry to lower the hiccup threshold, which makes them suitable for paralleling. An output fail alarm would be triggered if one of the connected units fails. The converters meet the requirements of EN50155 for electronic equipment used on railway rolling stock.
