Induction heating is a fast, precise, repeatable and safe non-contact method for heating metals or other electrically-conductive materials. The material may be a metal such as brass, aluminum, copper or steel or it can be a semiconductor such as silicon carbide, carbon or graphite. To heat non-conductive materials such as plastics or glass, induction is used to heat an electrically-conductive susceptor, typically graphite, which then transfers the heat to the non-conducting material.

Induction heating may improve your heating process. Heating processes can make or break production efficiency in any manufacturing vertical. Traditional heating process, such as flame, can cause inefficiencies and bottleneck production. Induction heating can be applied to a range of heating activities such as annealing, brazing, and forging. Our systems are effective in a wide variety of applications of induction heating. Induction is also a more green method of heating as it does not consume fossil fuels, nor does it produce any hazardous emissions or carbon dioxide (CO2).
