The rugged, high precision WiGauge™ Wireless Bore Gauge from Solartron Metrology is IP65 rated and is compatible with industry standard M6 and M10 gauge head threads. The transducer is linear along its full measuring range, making it easy to set up and adaptable for applications other than bore gauging.
The attached NiMH battery pack delivers up to 10 hours of continuous data transmission and can be removed for offline recharging.
The audio and visual pass/fail indicators on the WiGauge™ give the operator the opportunity to decide whether or not to remove a component from a machine tool while the reading is logged into a system that can be up to 15 meters away. The rugged construction and class 1 Bluetooth™ communication ensure that it is able to work reliably in the often hostile environment of an engineering machine shop. With an option of an integral LCD display the WiGauge™ offers even more flexibility.

The WiGauge™ Gen II Kit (Inductive) is comprised of WBG w/LCD Display, battery pack and inductive charger cradle assembly.
Combining multiple sensors using the Orbit Digital Measurement network is easy and data can be read using a Solartron readout or the Gauge Computer Software making system integration simple.
