Stainless steel in-line actuators are a standard option for all our actuators (except easyE-25). Stainless steel is often used in, but not limited to, industrial and marine applications. Stainless steel actuators are suitable for environments where the applications are exposed to saltwater or must fulfil special requirements, such as in the food industry. The high-quality stainless steel (AISI 316) offers a high level of protection against environments exposed to seawater or industrial cleaning with chemicals, etc.

We use high-quality stainless steel (AISI 316) to produce our stainless steel in-line actuators. These in-line actuators are not only water resistant, but the version for harsh environments is tested to IP68 and IP69 and has the criteria for a depth of one meter for one hour.

The easyE-30(i), easyE-50(i) and easyE-60(i) models are all available in stainless steel. These drives are frequently used in the marine, food, medical, chemical and many other industries.

• IP66 (standard), harsh environment (according to IP68 and IP69)

• easyE-35: 5400N

• easyE-60: 18100N

Depending on the stroke length for push applications.

• 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500 and 750mm

Temperature:

• Operation: -20ºC to +70ºC (easyE-35 and easyE-50) -20°C to +50°C (easyE-60)
• Storage: -40ºC to +70ºC

Duty cycle:

• 10% or 2 minutes in use followed by 18 minutes break
