The ECS-2520MVLC low-current oscillator with a stability rating of ±50 ppm over -40°C to +85°C. It is compatible with a 1.8 V, 2.5 V or 3.3 V power supply, and is available in a variety of output frequencies suitable for a wide array of clocking applications. The lowest current consumption is 1.5 mA max. (no load) at 1.8 V at a frequency of 20 MHz. The ECS-2520MVLC comes in a 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8 mm ceramic package. This device is a compact, high-performance, low-current and cost-competitive crystal oscillator ideal for portable and space-constrained applications in the consumer, communications and medical technology areas.
