Utilizing our test lab, Eastern Instruments can simulate a variety of process applciations and have successfully tested a variety of products including Bentonite Clay. Although the Bentonite Clay was extremely dusty and had the potential of sticking to the flow measurement surfaces, the accuracy of the CentriFlow Meter was extremely high due to a variety of flow enhancement options including:

VibraWeigh: A Vigourous vibration of the measurement pan to assist in product movement through the meter.

Pulsed Air: A blast of dry instrument air, delivered across the flow measurement pan to remove any buildup or debris.
