The SENTRY uses a SMART Multi-Sense Polymer Probe mounted into the pressurized gas stream through a single penetration, lowering installed cost. It provides pressure and dew/frost point analysis using a single penetration point into the pressurized gas line. Since the measurement is made at line pressure, the SENTRY automatically reports the pressure dew/frost point.

The SENTRY alarm module detects upset conditions in compressed air systems by constantly monitoring dew/frost point and pressure at the system header or dryer output. The SENTRY's alarms activate when a loss in pressure or a high dew/frost point is detected. This information is valuable for detecting compressor failures, system leaks, or drops in dryer performance. A pulsing audible alarm and visible strobe lamp alarm provide quick notification of upset conditions. The SENTRY also provides a local display of pressure, dew/frost point and system status as well as a 4 to 20 mA analog output and alarm relay contacts.

• Pipe Flange for probe insertion to a 4 inch process flange, available in stainless steel or PVC
• Serial Output Interface Cable to connect the SENTRY to a PC for changing factory settings
