M Plan APO (Apochromat) Objective Lens for NIR is an optimized optical system, with the flat and chromatic aberration free image over the entire field of view, with coating covers 532-1100nm. This series of objectives are made to the highest quality and standards; they provide long working distance and higher numerical apertures. The Beam Shaper is designed to change the Gaussian profile of a light source (usually a laser) to a Top-Hat profile.  Standard beam shaper designs have a maximum input beam size of 4.6mm and output at 8mm. These include beam shapers for 355nm, 532nm, 1064nm, 10.6um.  The output beam is collimated. This allows it to be used with normal lenses after the beam shaper.  These beam shapers can be designed for your specific wavelength or application requirements.

The most common Beam Expander is Galilean type which usually has one negative input lens and one positive output lens. The beam expansion ratio for a Gaussian beam depends not only on the specifications of the beam expander, but also on the laser beam parameters as well as the positions of the optical lenses.
