2.Features of HDV-GO Series Hi-fi Transformer  

  • The toroidal core without air gap is wound with a whole 0.23mm CRGO silicon sheet (Power Loss 0.9W/Kg at P1.5/50) welded by laser, annealed with Nitrogen and Hydrogen.

  • Double shielding is put into practice, Electrostatic and magnetic shielded between primary and secondary windings, encapsulated with Epoxy resin in an iron shell at the thickness of 1.5mm, compared with average quality transformer, over 95% EMI (electromagnetic interference) is reduced to reach No-humming result.

  • The dimension of Iron shell is not limited by the mould, and the overall dimension can be adjusted freely, thus customized demand can be well met; it's easy to mounted and fastened by a central bolt. Extral side-holes available for the transformer in the volume over 300VA. Label printed on iron sell by laser, beautiful and environment-friendly.

  • All solder joints inside the transformer are soldered with lead-free solder to ensure good soldering.

  • To ensure the safety, a fuse is installed on primary winding for the transformer in the volume of 100VA and below, a temperature switch is installed on primary winding for the transformer in the volume above 100VA.
