Heraeus Noblelight's new Tier 2 membership with the University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre enables investigating the use of it humm3 technology for thermoplastic filament winding for composite pipes and pressure vessels such as hydrogen fuel cells. Aerospace and automotive industries, among others, stand to gain significant process improvements from using this humm3 technology.
