The Autosealer® 4028 is a machine for applying and fully curing Hernon® UV gasketing compounds to components using a Sureshot® 3000 valve with a 3/8” diameter piston and pressurized reservoir. Parts travel via infeed and outfeed conveyors during the automated application and curing process. The 4028 allows control through an included PLC and can be triggered manually or with the PLC start button. With the use of a Fanuc robot arm, dispensing can be achieved with a high level of precision and consistency while the equipped Keyence vision system allows for accurate monitoring of each part being processed. Lastly, automatic bad-part handling ensures only good parts pass through the high-power UV LED light tunnel powered by Hernon’s Ultracure® 12 lights. Optional components such as Secomea remote site assistance option and Sureshot® 3000 valve with a 1/4” piston are sold separately.
