Round tool blanks with an total length of 10 to 13 mm. The product comes with a PCBN layer available in thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 3.0 mm. Available in diameters ranging from 1.5 to 8 mm.

Thick BZN® 9100 Compacts consist of the finest Borazon® CBN particles sintered and integrally bonded to a cemented tungsten carbide substrate in a layer thicker than that of our traditional BZN Compacts.
The BZN 9100 Compacts parts are manufactured and sold as carbide-supported cylinders that are to be manufactured into end mills for machining hardened ferrous materials.
