Temperature sensors are produced with different technologies to fit specific application requirements.
IST sensor products from the SMD Series are RTD platinum sensors without leads for the automatic assembling on PCBs.
They have excellent long-term stability, low self-heating and fast response time.
Standard sensors available with nominal resistance*: 100 Ω at 0 °C, 500 Ω at 0 °C and 1000 Ω at 0 °C
Connections*:
2P - tin-coated (96.5Sn/3Ag/0.5Cu), LMP lead-free, reflow soldering (up to +150oC)
3P - tin-coated (5Sn/93.5Pb/1.5Ag), HMP, reflow soldering, (up to +250oC)
4P- gold-coated, solderable coating, (up to +250oC)
