Innovative Sensor Technology AG breaks the existing limits with its newly developed differential pressure module. Based on its own outstanding thermal microflow sensor MEMs- technology and a high resolution resistive sensor frontend, with digitally controlled thermal forced zero point adjustment the dP-module is able to provide 2 million Digital counts (5Pa FS) with 0,005 Pa noise-free resolution. The zero point repeatability is less than 0.02% FS .The resolution of digital zero point adjustment is less than 15ppm FS.
