Linear Motor Direct Drive multi-axes XY tables and XYZ stages are pre-engineered, easily mounted, plug-and-play, ready-to-run systems that combine direct drive linear motor technology with performance matched mechanical or air bearing elements to provide, high 5G acceleration, 5 m/sec velocity and quick settling with accurate, highly repeatable 1 micron positioning. The list of options includes cable management system, servo drives, linear encoder resolution, home and limit sensors, pinning and more.
Matching motor controller with RS-232, USB, CAN-bus and Ethernet interfaces is available for seamless integration.
