High Temperature Inductive Sensor Options
Featured Product from Locon Sensor Systems, Inc.
High temperature inductive sensors are designed and built to operate effectively in extremely harsh environments. These sensors are widely employed in places like foundries, forges, and factories that use plastic injection molds. They must deliver consistent performance across a wide temperature range, and stand up to the wear and tear associated with these extreme temperatures.
Here at Locon, we recently updated our line of high temp inductive sensors and released accompanying data sheets detailing their technical specifications. Depending on the model, the range of these sensors varies from 2mm all the way up to 50mm. The sensor housings are also available in a number of different diameters to accommodate the unique needs of your operation. All of the sensors are shock and vibration resistant. The most heat resistant models can tolerate temperatures as high as 250° C and as low as -25° C.
In addition to our own Locon-manufactured products, we carry high temperature inductive sensing equipment from Contrinex as well. While these sensors don’t offer the same broad temperature tolerances as ours, they do have their own virtues that make them ideal for some businesses. The important thing is to choose a sensor that is tailored to your needs.
Our technicians can provide you with all the information you need to make an educated decision about your next sensor purchase. Browse our inventory online, or give us a call today to learn more about all of the products available at Locon.
