Takelec A525S

The solvent based adhesive TAKELAC A-525S is a polyester polyol with a low coating weigh of 3.0-4.0g/m2. It is bis-phenol A and organotin compound free. TAKELAC A-525S is used in conjunction with the co-reactant, TAKENATE A-50, an isocyanate terminated hardener, to produce a two-component polyurethane adhesive used for dry lamination, such as PET/Al/CPP, PET/Ny/Al/CPP, PET/Al/Ny/CPP, PET/Ny/CPP or Ny/CPP.

TAKELAC A-670A

Solvent free adhesive TAKELAC A-670A is a polyester polyol, offering several of the same benefits as the solvent based adhesive. The material is bis-phenol A and organotin compound free, with a low coating temperature of 122-140°F or 50-60° C. TAKELAC A-670A is used with the hardener TAKENATE A-670B, to be used in food packaging for dry food, boiled pouch, standing pouch, and aluminum retort packaging applications. It is suitable for foil and non-foil laminations in food packaging. It is used in flexible retort packaging, pouches and bags for frozen food, pet food/treats and snacks.

TAKELAC A-1150

TAKELAC A-1150 is a solvent based polyurethane adhesive used for PDP mesh filter. TAKELAC A-1150 is used with the hardener TAKENATE A-3070.

TAKELAC A-543

TAKELAC A-543 is a solvent based polyurethane adhesive used with TAKENATE A-3 or A-12 for industrial use or nonfood use applications such as solar cell backing.

Characteristics of the material include:

· Fast curing and low temperature curing

· Low coating weight

· Bis-phenol A free and Organotin compound free

· Both these materials are suspected of interfering with the immune system. The absence of these materials in TAKELAC makes it a safer material to use.

· Excellent adhesion strength
