The PT6 is designed with high-performance features including: proprietary ISE sensor design; readings in concentration, ppm N or ppm NO₃^–, or mV; built-in double junction reference electrode; 1- and 2-point calibration options; user-selectable LIVE and HOLD modes; IP67 dust-tight & waterproof up to 1 meter / NEMA 6 submersible enclosure. Compatible with EPA approved standard method 4500-NO3-D.

PT6 Measurement Modes include: Hold mode, which continuously displays real-time readings until stable, then displays final reading, and LIVE mode, which continuously displays real-time readings for up to 5 minutes.

PT6 Parameter Modes include: N, which alternates between displaying Nitrate as Nitrogen (NO3-N) and Temperature; NO3, which alternates between displaying Nitrate (NO3-) and Temperature; and mV, which alternates between displaying mV (mV) and Temperature.
