NSXe Co. Ltd. and Chiyoda Corporation have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on business development for rotating machinery diagnosis.

 "conanair" is an inexpensive and easy-to-use vibration monitor developed based on our many years of experience in rotating machinery maintenance and from our perspective as a vibration sensor user. It aims at preventive maintenance and ensures basic performance to detect abnormal vibration before machine failure. conanair can be used to monitor motors, pumps, blowers, compressors, freezers, air conditioners, agitators, grinders, centrifugal separators, speed reducers, rotating shafts imbalance, misalignment, etc., in many fields, such as industrial water pumps for many applications, thermal power plants, paint factories, biomass power plants, sewage treatment plants, steel manufacturers, etc.

 conanair won the 2020 TPM Award for Excellent in Production from the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance. Moreover, Explosion-proof products also aim to pass EU certification (ATEX).

 “Chiyoda's O&M Mother” services for industrial facilities/plants support safe and secure operations by transforming the customer's O&M operations and addressing various operational issues the customer faces.

 The primary purpose of signing is to collaborate on business development for rotating machinery diagnostics in maintenance and operation solutions for the industrial equipment/plant industry.
