• Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) - Used for water fittings, electrical insulation on busbars and rotors, Rebar coating - Trade Names - Scotchkote, Resicoat, Vanguard
• Modified Polyolefins - Soft coating with good acid resistance These include PPA, Kelvar, Abcite, Talisman, Flamulit
• Polyether block amide - Soft elastic coating with good grip - used as a protective coating on jigs and carriers for finished goods, nonslip surfaces and noise reduction
• Ionomer coatings - Elastomeric coating - Abcite, Surlyn
• Fluoropolymer coatings - These include PVDF, PFA , FEP, ECTFE, - used for a variety of applications including non-stick, release, chemical resistance, UV and radiation resistance, low friction. These include Teflon, Xylan, Kynar, Solef, Halar
• PEKK/PEEK high temperature and chemical resistance - Vicote
