Nutsche Filters/Dryers for High Purity Solids
Ultra-high purity, pharmaceutical, and specialty solids are efficiently filtered, washed, agitated, reslurried and dried in a single portable device, minimizing contamination and exposure.
Drying is aided by vacuum and optional heated surfaces. Reactions and particle size homogenization are also possible.
In fact this new nutsche filter dryer vessel design allows withdrawal of dry filter cake utilizing removable bottom head and filter support assembly.
Available in 5 - to 200 psi, -80 to 200°C.

Mini-Nutsche Filter Dryer - Benchtop
High purity chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, etc., are efficiently
filtered washed, reslurried and dried in these portable Mini-Nutsche filter units, minimizing contamination and exposure.
Design allows withdrawal of fitter cake with removable bottom head and filter support assembly.
May be pressurized to aid solvent removal; drying is aided by vacuum and heating capability.
- Available in diameters of 2", 3", 4" and 6" and in volumes from 0.2 to 5 liters.
- May be ASME certified for full vacuum to 200 psi. -80 to 250ºC.
- Offered with stainless steel, Hastelloy, or alternate metals; pharmaceutical grade mechanical and electropolish finishes; Teflon or alternate coatings
- Wide range of filter micron sizes, in polypropylene, stainless steel, and other materials

Fractional Distillation Systems

ceuticals, foods, flavors, cosmetics, extracts, etc. - anywhere where a finer level of purity is needed or when component's boiling points are close.
Hybrid Wiped Film / Fractional Stills
These customized systems combine the multi-plate efficiency of Fractional Columns with the gentle reboiling effect of Wiped-Film Evaporators. This
proven Hybrid technology allows purification of heat-sensitive materials
similar in volativity, which could not otherwise be separated.
