1.DC Support Capacitors

Product Portfolio of DC Support Film Capacitors. The new series of capacitors feature compact size, high capacitance density, and high current capability. The rated operating voltage is 500VDC to 1200VDC, and the capacitance value ranges from 1.5 µF to 100 µF. There are a variety of standard models available.

Lead spacing is available in 4-pin or 2-pin models. The capacitors are self-healing components, RoHS compliant, with maximum operating temperature of 105°C, and a lifetime of 60,000 hours at rated voltage and operating temperature of 85°C.

Capacitors are suitable for power factor correction of DC support circuits, DC filters, and industrial converters, as well as power supplies with high reliability requirements. Typical applications include X-ray equipment, inverters, industrial power supplies, energy storage systems, chargers, LEDs Street lights, induction cooker.

2.AC Filter Capacitors

AC filter capacitors, this series of products has covered the voltage range from 250VAC to 400VAC, and the capacitance range is from 1µF to 70µF. The capacitor elements comply with the IEC 61071:2007 standard and are extremely robust and operate reliably even in high humidity environments. And the component characteristics have met the THB test verification under the condition of IEC 60384-14:2013/AMD1:2016 Class 3 A test standard, that is, the temperature is 60°C, the humidity is 95%, and the working voltage is rated voltage. Under normal conditions, it runs for 1366 hours (56 days).

The capacitors are designed for a maximum ambient operating voltage of 105°C and feature an epoxy-filled case with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Due to their robustness, the capacitors are ideal for demanding industrial electronics applications, including output filtering of power supplies, frequency converters for drives and renewable energy sources, or uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems etc.
