All Tsubaki drum sprockets are manufactured to last.  At Tsubaki the anatomy of a superior quality drum sprocket is what set’s us apart.  The following is the terminology of what makes up a Tsubaki drum sprocket:

Teeth – The teeth are welded onto the can and engages with the chain.

Can –    The can supports the sprocket teeth and is welded onto the hub plate. 

Hub Plate – The hub plate supports the entire sprocket and is welded onto the can.

Hub –   The hub is welded onto the Hub plate and connects to the shaft.

Shaft –  The shaft connects to the sprocket and is used to connect to either a drive or for free idle
